Flying high...

Kirra seems quite interested in Hang-Gliding; at least she seems to like the pictures from the magazine! Hmmm, when will she be old enough to go tandem?

Nap time

Li'l Kirra wore her Daddy out...

Visit with old friends

After way too long, we finally visited Simon and Corinne in Ventura, to celebrate Christian's 2nd birthday. I used to work with both of them back in the days at EF. We also got to meet their latest addition to the family, Calvin, born 2-3 weeks after Kirra. Wow, what a beautiful family...

Back to the pool

All the Mamtoto moms (and some dads) went to Rosemary's pool to splah in the water on a hot afternoon... Now, that was a lot of fun...

Just for fun...

Thank god for digital cameras, or we would go broke taking so many pictures of Kirra... Here are a couple we just like...

Beach Day

We've finally taken Kirra out to the beach for more than just a walk on the sand... Her first real beach day was at Bates, where we went with Blair, Heidi, their friends, and all the kids! Moms and dads then took turn watching the kids/baby so that we could all get some surfing in... It worked out like a charm... Kirra loved snoozing in the cool ocean breeze and checking out the dolphins in the ocean. I can see many more beach days to come!

There is no time like cuddling time...

The only good part of bathing for Kirra seems to be the cuddling when drying up... She could stay there forever... We just love this picture.

Kirra turns 3 months...

Gee, 3 months (June 28)... And so many milestones already. Looking forward to many more...

Family picture

We recently went to the SB Mission to have our family portrait taken by one of the moms from PEP.

Kirra is bilingual...

We have it on film... Kirra is bilingual (French/English)... Check it out:

Let's go swimming...

Kirra went on her first pool trip at the Anacapa Diving Center with other new moms/dads and their babies. Kirra wasn't quite sure what to think about it at first, but then warmed up to the idea and ended up havina grand old time, kicking and splashing in the water... I think she's ready for Junior Lifeguard next summer... :-)
Here is a small video clip to memorize the experience...

Water games

There is nothing better than splashing water during a heat-wave... Thank god for Daddy's newly installed sprinkler system...

Tummy-time

This little lady ins't into her tummy-time, so we have to keep it exiciting for her... What has worked is her mobile, which she finds fascinating... Whatever works...
